The TCRM195 and TCRM196 Universal Rack Mount Fiber Optic Card Cages hold up to two single multiplexer or modem-type cards, or one double-mux or double-modem type card. In general the TCRM195 is used for multiplexers and the TCRM196 for modems. Both can operate with one power supply or dual load-sharing power supplies (built-in or external). The AC power supply automatically adjusts for 90 to 264VAC input and 47 to 63 Hz operation. The DC power supply accepts -48VDC input. The AC and DC power supplies can be mixed in the same unit. The built-in power supply switch and its status LED are located on the front panel. Both rack assemblies are 19" wide by 1.75" high (1U). The TCRM195 is 8.5" deep and the TCRM196 is 5.25" deep.

Description The TCRM191/192 Universal Rack Mount Card Cages can hold up to 10 single multiplexer or modem type cards, or up to 5 double-mux or double-modem type cards. In general, the TCRM191 is used for multiplexers and the TCRM192 for modems. The TCRM195/196 Universal Rack Mount Card Cages can hold up to 2 single multiplexer or modem type cards, or 1 double-mux or double-modem type cards. In general, the TCRM195 is used for multiplexers and the TCRM196 for modems. The TCRM191/192 can operate with one power supply or dual load sharing power supplies. The AC power supply automatically adjusts for 90 to 264 VAC input and 47 to 63 Hz operation. The DC power supplies accepts -48VDC or 24VDC input. The AC and DC power supplies can be mixed in the same unit. The dual load-sharing power supplies feature automatic switchover in the event of a power failure.
